Research On Strategic Changing Based On Enterprise's Strategic Changing

This paper makes a theoretical and empirical study on enterprise's strategic changing base on based on combination of strategy management, risk theory, economics principle, microeconomics, industry economics, Analytic Hierarchy process, and Transfer Function Modeling. The study is developed in three aspects: first, the business enterprise strategy variety theory and method researches; second, management theory and means of enterprise's strategic risk; third, business enterprise strategic risk and the strategy changing path analysis and models.
