At present, China’s aging population aggravating, family endowment function is weakening,old-age supporting mechanism of facilities can not meet the growing pension demand, in such abig background, research on the factors affecting the endowment model selection and how toperfect the pension in line with China’s national conditions of the system has been imminent. Inorder to understand the urban employees in China, especially the factor endowment way of theemployees of state-owned enterprises and its influence, this paper takes150Yankuang retiredworkers as the object of survey of random sampling questionnaire survey, further analysis of thestate-owned enterprise retirees pension situation of development, change and current situation ofendowment advantage, problem and reason analysis of performance, and then to proposed thecountermeasures to perfect the retired worker endowment state-owned enterprises suggestions.The full text is divided into five parts:The first part of the thesis summarizes the background and meaning of this research, andliterature research on domestic and foreign pensions from pension mode, different types ofinfluence factors, pension mode selection to distinguish between various types of pension modelaccording to several dimensions are reviewed and the relationship between.The second part of the paper defines the basic connotation of the state-owned enterprises,pension mode and the mode of providing for the aged, and expounds the socialization and therole transformation theory, the elderly demand theory, and provides a theoretical basis for theargument of this article.The third part of the questionnaire obtained data were collected and analyzed, using SPSS17statistical software package for data input and the use of descriptive statistics, independentsample T test, single factor analysis of variance and multiple regression analysis of statisticaldata analysis, draws the conclusion:(1) the pension mode Yankuang retired workers werecommunity endowment (41.4), old-age homes for the elderly (29.8%), family support (28.8%);(2) in addition to the pension liability people and medical cost has a significant influence on thepension will state-owned Lin retired workers, other factors have no significant effect, furtherfrom the state-owned enterprises facing two aspects of endowment of retired workers and allkinds of old-age model of the pros and cons to explore the nursing mode selection. The fourth part of the thesis on the basis of the development of change and analysis of thepresent situation of retired workers of state-owned enterprises on the pension situation, describesthe current state-owned enterprises gradually retired worker of enterprise annuity system,old-age security system more perfect old-age model more diversified advantages, but also in thequality of life decreased significantly after retirement, the elderly life happiness index is not high,and the analysis of the causes of the problems from the state and society, the pension insurancesystem, enterprises, individuals and children four aspects.The fifth part of the thesis is based on the government, society and community, family andthe old state-owned enterprises, the four angles of view, analyzes how to make the retiredworkers of state-owned enterprises to enhance the quality of life, to enjoy, really achieve the aimof "a sense of security, medical care, productive, happy".
