Research On Compensatory Endowment Insurance For Interprise Imployees In Our Country

Presently,many countries around the world have entered the aging of population,the change of population structure has caused many problems in the social scale,the problem of retired-worker ' s old-age security is one of the major concerns of the national,many developed countries have completed the reform of old-age security or are reforming of old-age security As the same of other countries,we have also entered the aging of population,the retired workers',especially the enterprise retirees' pension problem increasingly prominent.Based on the aging population,the unequal wage and the high-efficiency of market in the old-security,this article researches the development of the supplementary pension for enterprise employees.Aged tendency of population caused serious old-age security problem,the most direct manifestation is the decline of pension replacement rate of retired staff.The both differences about endowment insurance expends and pension between government worker and enterprise employees caused the pension level of enterprise staff is relatively low.Make the efficient market operation participate in old-age security,promotes efficiency of old-age security and reduces the burden of government responsible for its people.Besides the first chapter,the article is divided into four section.The first part is the overview of compensatory endowment insurance for enterprise employees,it introduces the connotation and form of compensatory endowment insurance for enterprise employees and analyzes the necessity of reforming pension system and developing of the compensatory endowment insurance.The second part respectively expounds the problems generating from the development of enterprise annuity and individual deposit sex endowment insurance,and analyzes the reasons for these problems.In the third part,we draw lessons from Germany,America and British and include experience which adapted to our country.The fourth part puts forward suggestions which benefit to compensatory endowment insurance development in different level.
