Study On Industrial Chain Integration Of Agricultural Products In Daqing City Based On Common Distribution

Daqing as the "resource-based" city that in the transition became the one of strategies of agricultural industry upgrading through integrating industrial chain of agricultural products, In the logistics industry, the key issue of the industrial upgrading strategy implementation is how to choose and push reasonable delivery mode to achieve industrial chain integration of agricultural products, this issue is also the key bottleneck problem of the development of Chinese city, the study of it has significant practical meaning. For this, visited representative enterprises of each link of agricultural products industry in Daqing city, found that it exists the problem of information asymmetry, high logistics cost and low efficiency, Combining with the advantages of logistics infrastructure, put forward a research framework:achieving the effective distribution of several distribution centers in the same information interaction platform though a handful of core logistics enterprises to implement reasonable distribution mode in a city, in integrating supply chain network(ISCN) way to satisfy the delivery’requirement of agricultural products manufacture, agricultural products sell, to achieve the integration of agricultural industrial chain. According to the framework, firstly, using comparative method, adopt joint distribution mode as Daqing logistics enterprises integrated agricultural products supply chain network from the angle of core enterprise. Secondly, promoting joint distribution model in logistics enterprises, research the plan of integrating industrial chain of agricultural products:(1) design core logistics companies use joint distribution mode, through the contract method integrated the logistics enterprises in the supply chain, and the agricultural production manufacturing enterprise, agricultural production processing enterprise, and agricultural production sales enterprise, to form agricultural products supply chain network, through search three supermarkets to certificate results;(2) though information platform integration operating core logistics enterprises of joint distribution center, and its agricultural products supply chain network, thus intergrate Daqing logistics enterprises the agricultural production manufacturing enterprise, agricultural production processing enterprise, and agricultural production sales enterprise in all agricultural production industry chain to information platform to achieve effective management; thirdly, in order to promote the plan of integrating agricultural production industrial chain in the logistics industry, researching core logistics enterprises, operating information platform of enterprises, and safeguard measures of Non-core logistics enterprises needed, it concludes government policy support, their distribution system standardization and so on.The above research result is helpful to the strategy implementation of though the logistics industry’ integrate agricultural production industrial chain, achieve the goal of agricultural industry upgrading.
