| The fresh agricultural production is characteristic with perishable and degraded and the high wastage;The level of freshness is important related to the value of fresh agricultural production.So China as a large agricultural country,how to scientifically and rationally integrate plan,involved in the fresh agricultural product supply chain through scientific and rational planning,based on reality,Continuous optimization and improvement of the circulation model is essential for guarding food safety,reforming structural on the supply side,adapting rapid of development of the Internet,and solving the problems about agriculture,rural areas and farmers.In this paper,we first analyzes and summarizes theory and development of management connotation of agricultural product supply chain.And then we demonstrates management of supply chain of agricultural,main model of fresh agricultural product supply chain and its advantages and disadvantages,which analyze case representative enterprises of various supply chain models;Finally,we analyze and summarize the main problems existing in the supply chain of fresh agricultural products in China.The background,connotation and system of the integrated supply chain alliance of fresh agricultural products were put forward,and the management rules of the integrated supply chain alliance system of fresh agricultural products were studied.1.Research and Analysis on management theory and management connotation of agricultural product supply chain.Agricultural product supply chain is a multi-subject and multi-element complex,which mainly includes a series of processes such as product supply,processing,distribution and marketing.The characteristics of agricultural products supply chain are as follows: the first is the difficulty of logistics,the second is the large number of participating entities,the third is the rich variety and large scale of logistic,and the fourth is that the product shelf life is very short,and the logistics efficiency requirements are relatively high.In view of the low price,heavy quality and large volume of agricultural products,the construction of agricultural supply chain must strictly control the logistics cost,the supply chain of agricultural products involves a series of processes from field to dining table.Only by perfectly linking up and cooperating with each other can the efficient delivery of agricultural products be realized and the cost of the company be further reduced,thus increasing the value of agricultural products.In terms of rationality,in order to further expand the scale of development and enhance the competitive advantage of agricultural products supply chain,we need to actively pay attention to and accurately grasp the trend of market development,strengthen the coordination and interaction between upstream and downstream companies,and make good integration with retail industry and financial industry.2.Comparative analysis of existing supply chain models of fresh agricultural products.By analyzing the characteristics of the existing fresh agricultural product supply chain,the existing fresh agricultural product supply chain is summarized into four models,namely,the supermarket-led fresh agricultural product supply chain model,the wholesale market-oriented supply of fresh agricultural products,the chain model,the supply chain model of fresh agricultural products led by professional logistics distribution centers and the supply chain model of fresh agricultural products led by the Internet.It analyzes the existing system,advantages and disadvantages of the main model of fresh agricultural product supply chain,and conducts case analysis on behalf of enterprises.In China,the fresh agricultural product supply chain has problems such as excessive supply chain,imperfect distribution mechanism,imperfect infrastructure and low level of informationization.3.Construction and management of the integrated supply chain alliance model for fresh agricultural products.This essay puts forward the concept of integrated supply chain alliance model of fresh agricultural products: customer demand-oriented,food safety as the foundation,continuous innovation and perfect supply chain service model,with information system and supply chain financial services as the link,closely integrate various production bases,cold chain logistics distribution center service providers and agriculture-related financial institutions across the country,and strive to build a full-scale,full-industry agricultural product ecosystem with integrated sharing and symbiosis.This is an inevitable trend in the development of the supply chain of fresh agricultural products distribution enterprises in the future.Finally,the management system and rules of fresh agricultural products integrated supply chain alliance model were thus put forward. |
