Research On The Influence Of Agri-products Supply Chain Integration On Enterprise Performance

With the application of supply chain management theory in practice,we find that many supply chains have no value-added effect,on the contrary,many problems have arisen.Based on this,academics put forward the concept of supply chain integration.Enterprises improve organizational efficiency through effective supply chain integration activities,and realize value added of enterprises.From the existing research and practice,supply chain integration theory is mainly applied in the industrial field,and there are few successful examples in the agricultural field.The main reason is that the academic and entrepreneurs are not clear about whether the integration of agricultural supply chain will improve the performance of enterprises,and the internal mechanism of the integration of supply chain to improve the performance of agricultural enterprises.Therefore,in practice,we seldom find that agricultural enterprises carry out targeted and effective activities on the integration of agricultural supply chains.In addition,China is facing severe food quality and safety problems,and horrific incidents such as leather milk,lean meat powder and melamine have occurred one after another.Enterprises only care about short-term benefits but ignore the performance of agricultural products quality,which greatly affects the long-term profits of enterprises.Furthermore,supply chain integration is usually divided into internal integration,supplier integration and customer integration.Internal integration emphasizes improving quality performance through internal quality management and internal process integration.Supplier integration strengthens strategic partnership with suppliers and quality management to improve quality performance,which is effective for enterprises to solve food safety problems.In this paper,the supply chain of agricultural products is taken as the research object,and a series of relationships between supply chain integration and quality performance of agricultural products are studied by using supply chain integration theory.The internal mechanism of the impact of supply chain integration of agricultural products on enterprise performance is explored,and the theoretical development model of the supply chain where the core enterprises of agricultural products are located is constructed.The main analysis of the model is as follows: 1.What is the relationship between the internal integration of agricultural enterprises and supplier integration? 2.What is the relationship between internal integration,supplier integration and quality performance? 3.What is the relationship between internal integration,supplier integration and enterprise performance? 4.Whether quality performance will improve the performance of agricultural enterprises? Empirical analysis uses questionnaire survey method to collect paper questionnaire and online questionnaire in agricultural conference.Finally,149 valid questionnaires are collected.Structural equation model analysis method is used to analyze the reliability and validity of the questionnaire through statistical software SPSS21 and AMOS21,and model fitting analysis.The results show that the integration of agricultural products enterprises can promote the integration with upstream suppliers.The integration of agricultural products enterprises and upstream suppliers is positively related to the quality performance of agricultural products,the relationship between the integration of agricultural products enterprises and the performance of enterprises is positive,the relationship between the quality performance of agricultural products and the performance of enterprises is positive,but the integration of suppliers is positive to enterprises.There is no significant relationship between performance;quality performance plays a mediating role in internal integration and enterprise performance,quality performance plays a mediating role in supplier integration and enterprise performance,and supplier integration plays a mediating role in internal integration and quality performance.According to the empirical results,the following enlightenments are put forward for the development of China's agricultural products industry and supply chain integration.Firstly,in order to expand the sales and market share of agricultural enterprises and obtain high profit performance,supply chain integration is a model that agricultural enterprises can explore.Second,improving the quality of agricultural products can improve the financial and market performance of enterprises,so it is the key to focus on improving product standardization and quality safety factor.In order to improve the quality of products,we should strengthen the links with upstream farmers and cooperatives,build strategic partnerships with them,and achieve consistent strategic needs.The significance of this study is to study the internal mechanism of the impact of agricultural supply chain integration on enterprise performance.Secondly,the development framework of agricultural supply chain theory is proposed for the first time,which enriches supply chain management theory and supply chain integration theory.Thirdly,it provides theoretical reference for the field of focusing on quality performance indicators.
