The Profit Distribution Research Of Agricultural Products Supply Chain Enterprise

The agricultural products supply chain member enterprises participate in the supply chain to maximize own profit increment, the profit is a driving force for cooperation between member enterprises and also a foundation of supply chain alliance. The member enterprises are independent economic entities with same profit appeal and interdependent economic union bodies with profit conflicts, so they form a cooperative and competitive partnership. Under the background of vigorously developing modern agriculture, rationally coordinate the profit distribution problem of node enterprises of the supply chain is a key to agricultural industrialization management.On the premise of analyzing current status of the profit distribution of domestic and foreign supply chains, the profit distribution system of supply chain member enterprises is analyzed according to relevant management theory of the supply chain, game theory and profit distribution principles. It also demonstrates four basic modes of the supply chain management, defines profit compositions, basic principles of profit distribution and importance of reasonable profit distribution of supply chain enterprises as well as focuses on analyzing existing problems in the supply chain profit distribution and corresponding root cause. After demonstrating that cooperation of three-tier supply chain member enterprises is necessary to maximize profits of the agricultural product supply chain by applying the Stackelberg backward induction method, the Shapley value method is adopted to perform the first profit distribution to the three-tier supply chain and determine factors influencing the profit distribution of supply chain member enterprises. As influential factors during actual operation of the supply chain form a reticular structure and feedback phenomenon also exists, the quantitative analysis is made to the weight of factors influencing the profit distribution of supply chain based on the Analytic Network Process, the improved Shapley value method model based on the Analytic Network Process is built and the incentive mechanism, punishment mechanism, etc.are perfected. Finally, it takes the empirical object as an example to demonstrate the effectiveness and scientificity of the profit distribution of supply chain member enterprises through the improved Shapley value method based on the Analytic Network Process.In the supply chain, the member enterprises participate companies should undertake their own responsibility, regulate business during the supply chain process, respect the legal contract, at the same time, member enterprises should play a role to supervise each other. Outside the supply chain, the government need to improve the laws and regulations regarding the agricultural products market, build a good external economic environment to promote the cooperation between the member enterprises participates. Cultivate and manage the internal supply chain effectively, in order to ensure the accurate and stable of thr supply chain profit distribution.
