Project Logistics is the physical transport processes specifically for goods or equipment of engineering projects, it need transport goods from supply to the receiving, while the basic functions of transportation, shipping, unloading, packaging, and information sharing are combined together. Unlike the general traditional logistics, project logistics are disposable and special characteristics, such as large or special equipment transportation, unloading and other links, do not exist in exactly the same pattern, while not completely similar experience can be borrowed, so it only be based on the basic information of site conditions and the engineering goods flow faces to determine specific work content and work, even have the new transport equipment for a logistics services.Because of the characteristics of disposable and particularity of the project logistics, high risk is the main problems to be faced. While With the deepening project logistics technology research, extensive application of information greatly reduces the risk of engineering projects logistics, but because too many of the project logistics of uncertain factors, the risk is always accompanied by the whole process of transportation. In order to reduce the lost caused by the risk, the risk management theory should be used in the engineering project logistics process, risk identification and assessment for various transport scheme effectively reduce the risk of economic loss, also can save time and improve safety.In this paper, the risk of engineering projects logistics is analyzed, the complex risk of project logistics is decomposed and the risk factor constitutes a risk evaluation index system. To determine the weight for each index in risk, AHP is adopted, which make it more reasonable and accord with the objective reality. And further, the fuzzy evaluation method and risk factor analysis combined, established the project logistics risk evaluation model based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, combined with the petrochemical project in Hainan Province, according to the actual and objective transport environment, each target expectation, aiming at the risk of three kinds of different transport scheme to determine the risk level, finally choose the most reasonable scheme of line engineering.
