Project logistics is an important link in the system of construction project, according to the need of construction. It is a flowing process that brings the construction goods from supplying place to receiving place. According to the actual need, it combine the transportation, storing, loading and unloading, carrying, packaging, distribution rationally, we can see that project logistics relate to a extensive scope, operate complexly, one-off implement, probabilistic implement link, pay attention to integrity, these are all the main features of project logistics. Emphasizing to time efficiency and safety is the biggest difference between project logistics and ordinary logistics, in the meantime, project logistics has both high-risk and high-profit. So, it means that we need to assess the logistics system by risk management theory, and to assess different schemes. At last, we can evaluate the risk level, keep away from the risk and improve economic returns.With the accelerating construction of projects, the speed of development in logistic projects is much faster than before. This paper studies the existing or potential risk factors in activities of logistic projects, and how to prevent them. At first, according to systemic explanation in the basic theory of logistic project, this study summarizes the risks in projects by using the risk identification measures, and introduces the way and principle of transport program. Furthermore, this research proposes the principle method of evaluating risks that based on the Risk Decision Theory, and establishes the basic fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of the project logistics. At last, this article emphasize a empirical study of Ogun State of Nigeria Project, and assess the risk of this project by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. In a word, this essay has an important sense in the empirical study of project logistics risk..This essay compares with the former research in Project logistics. By studying the logistic project in Ogun State of Nigeria as background, natural risk, political risk, the risk of management organization, transportation risk and the risk in chain of transportation are classified as the first-class risk, which exists the second-class risk. What's more, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method could be used for assessing the risk of the whole project, and also could help the project to avoid from the risk in logistic chain.
