Furthermore, this research proposes the principle method of evaluating risks that based on the Risk Decision Theory, and establishes the basic fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of the project logistics. At last, this article emphasize a empirical study of Ogun State of Nigeria Project, and assess the risk of this project by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. By studying the logistic project in Ogun State of Nigeria as background, natural risk, political risk, the risk of management organization, transportation risk and the risk in chain of transportation are classified as the first-class risk, which exists the second-class risk. What's more, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method could be used for assessing the risk of the whole project, and also could help the project to avoid from the risk in logistic chain.
