How to attract, retain and motivate talents essential, has become the focus of management and the most important form of human resources management value. As the important part of human resource management, scientific and effective compensation management system has become the important measure to attract, keep and incentive the talents. It also enhances the core competitiveness of enterprises and promotes enterprise development and progress.This paper selects JN as the research object, one of the typical representatives of enterprises in the chemical industry. It analyzes the internal and external business environment, and describes the importance and urgency of establishing a scientific compensation management system. It expounds the compensation management theory, the typical compensation management, compensation management system design program, and the new trend of compensation management, which lays a theoretical foundation for the design of compensation system in JN.In order to understand the present situation of JN compensation management, the author carried out the employee satisfaction survey, and analyzed the existing problems of compensation management. In view of the existing problems in the compensation management of JN company, the author carried out the post evaluation and exterior compensation investigation, the scientific division of job grade and compensation, reasonable positioning the company compensation levels. The compensation mode of JN is post Performance compensation pattern, which strengthening the strategic orientation compensation design, introduced the design idea of broadband compensation, increasing variable pay compensation proportion in composition the setting, setting up larger bandwidth, broadening the employee compensation growth space. Through department and individual performance evaluation based on the results, the author made use of quantitative method to determine the staff compensation, to establish the system of performance compensation and year-end bonus distribution, which promoting the organic combination of compensation management of JN company’s internal consistency and external competitive.Through research and optimization design of the compensation system of JN Company, the author established an efficient and scientific compensation management system, in order to strengthen the incentive to employees, attract talented people to join, and retain core talents. At the same time, it provides a reference for the design of other chemical enterprise compensation system. |
