In order to achieve the economic profit increasement.Mordern enterprises take the development and management of the talents as the emphasis in addition to attaching importance to the high-tech technology.Lots of enterprises regard human resource management as the keypoint to the development and management of the talents.which occupys a more and more important status in enterprise management.Compensation management is considerd as the core part of the human resource management.Reasonable compensation can motivate the initiative and positivity of the employee,realize the self-value of the employee and also can create a better economic profit for the enterprise.The purpose of the this thesis is to establish reasonable compensation management in RZ plant.HG company.make knowledge.technology and personal capacity join the distribution process abiding by the principle of combination of distribution according to work and distribution based on productive factors.and make the compensation or salary a reflection of the true performance of the enterprise and employee This thesis specifically involves the following content.First the research background of the compensation management in RZ plant,HG company is introduced through the document study,integration of theory and practice and systematically analysis of the domestic state quo and development trend.Secondly by the survey questionnaire and its reorganization.statistics.the status quo of the compensation in the RZ plant,HG company has been analysized.problems have been listed and the cause to the problems have been studied.At last,study and evaluate the job positions by factor-rating method.do a research on the re-design of the compensation management in RZ plant.HG company and then raise the feasible implementing measures to get a breakthrough theoretically and practically,truly realize the compensation management fitting to requirement of the employee and better serve the enterprise.
