Company C is a large construction enterprises. Since our country played an attention to infrastructure construction, the assignments of construction tasks have increased to408billion in2012from40billion in2002. And business turnover in the past decade has increased almost ten-fold. The rapid development of enterprise brings the greater challenges to human resource management. The requirement of the of personnal quality are also increasingly improved. Corporate staff quality and development of enterprises should be matched. So it is an important to build a scientific and comprehensive employee training system, which can improve staff quality, human resource management and promote development of enterprises. According to those issues, this dissertation proposes the principle, ideas, content of staff training system, and discusses the process of implementation and management training system from the reality of business development. Final the training effectiveness evaluation and training operations support system are defined. Based on training system, the Company C can get a good quality of the workforce, achieve to win-win situation between the development of business and staff.This dissertation is included six chapters. First chapter is introduction. In this part, the research background, the basic ideas, significance, methods, content and procedure are proposed. The relevant theory issues are talked about in second chapter. These is including corporate staff training theory, corporate staff training methods, and the new trend of development of staff training. Based on above discussed, company C background and staff training is analyzed in chapter Ⅲ. The situation of staff training in company C is researched according to the theory of corporate staff training, and proposed the important of building a staff training system. Then, the new staff training system in company C is built in chapter Ⅳ. In this chapter, staff training system construction principles, ideas and content of Company C training system are proposed at first. Then the new training system is established, including into the police of training, training institutions, training needs analysis and training system design. Finally the effectiveness of the staff training process is evaluated. In chapter Ⅴ, the staff training operations support system is proposed, including resource protection and system security. The last chapter summarizes the training practical experience, and provides the effective significance of the development of state-owned enterprises.This paper used literature review method, theoretical and empirical research combining method to analyze the training problems in C company. Then the staff training system is constructed based on the situation of C company. Finally, the staff training system in C company is promoted and give some inspiration to employee training system in state-owned construction enterprises.
