So that when the enterprise have Sustainable development, enterprise’s performance will be improved. Consequently, performance management is very important for the enterprise.The G enterprise is a wholly state-owned large enterprises. With the development of enterprise reform, the low production and operation level prevent enterprise development. In order to solve these difficulties, the G enterprise should combine the reality to improve performance management and increase the enthusiasm of the employee. By this way, the G enterprise achieve a win-win situation and improve performance.On the basis of combining reality and performance, writer design a performance management system to the G enterprise. This system emphasize that enterprise should have strong organizational leadership 〠support of senior management 〠target managementã€performance management training and emphasize the use of computer systems to strengthen performance management operations 〠the accuracy of performance evaluation and focus on continuous communication and fair in order to build an effective performance management complaints mechanism.It’s very important to know how to design a scientific and effective performance management system to combine the reality. through this study,I hope that I can provide some useful reference to performance management’s innovation in the industry. |
