Competition and the development of modern enterprise is ultimately talent competition and development, human resource management effectiveness decided to play the role of talent, and performance management and evaluation as an important part of human resource management, talent determines the level of effectiveness. Competition in the modern enterprise development, performance management and evaluation related to business goals can all be efficiently achieved. As the backbone enterprise of middle managers, take in the development of enterprises in the connecting role, not only to participate in corporate decision-makers, but also the decision of the Executive and the person who is to lead the front-line staff to achieve corporate strategic objectives of the guide, corporate middle management importance and key role of staff in enterprise development which no doubt related to the realization enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and strategic objectives. Corporate middle managers implement scientific and efficient performance appraisal, maximize the middle management staff motivation and initiative to continuously improve work performance, play a pivotal role in good middle management nexus, enterprise management practice of an important research subject.Based on the theoretical analysis of performance evaluation and summarized on the basis of select to H company middle managers empirical study, through visits to research in-depth understanding and research of H company middle managers performance evaluation; and to design targeted conducted a questionnaire survey of questionnaire,analyze and summarize the H company in terms of performance evaluation of middle managers a clear understanding of the existence, motivation shift, performance test content is not comprehensive, assessment indicators vague lack of effectiveness, assessment results single application, assessment body, cycle identifies key issues unscientific, such as poor performance implementation of the system, and for these specific issues, proposed optimization H company middle managers performance evaluation of ideas and principles,from the development of performance evaluation targets, select evaluation methods,evaluation period, the program terms of identification, feedback and application performance evaluation results and other systematic exposition of ideas and solutions tooptimize and elaborated in terms of organization, system, training, corporate culture construction of middle managers how to carry out the performance evaluation of safeguards aimed at H company middle managers to enhance performance management and assessment level, to establish a scientific and efficient performance appraisal system,to enhance the competitiveness of their suggestions.
