An Empirical Study On The Relationship Between Structural Change And Employment

Since the reform and opening up, Yunnan Province has achieved rapid economic development and the life of the people Level has been greatly improved. But at the same rapid economic development, Yunnan Province is also facing two task that the ownership structure optimization and upgrading and promotion of full employment.Through the ownership structure of employment data for nearly 15 years in Yunnan were analyzed, we found that Yunnan ownership structure compared with the national employment is still having a greatly gap, and there is the ownership structure of employment across regions of Yunnan gap is relatively large. Therefore, how to exploring the ownership of industrial restructuring and upgrading to solve the unemployed problem that the ownership of Yunnan industrial structure and employment structure and common development, has a very important practical significance.Firstly, the current situation of China ownership reform and employment situation analysis, sort of change in the ownership structure and the employment situation since the reform and opening up. Then it analyzes the process of economic development and progress of Yunnan, ownership construction achievements and the problems faced. Finally, the ownership structure of 16 regions of Yunnan were compared, using the correlation coefficient and the discrete rate, draw the relationship between economic development and employment ownership structure, and compare the development of regions. Through the above description and statistical data, we found that China and Yunnan, the ownership structure of the overall job performance of state-owned units and urban collective units of employment has dropped, while the share of employment in the private sector and individuals has increased significantly. Meanwhile, with the establishment of a market economy system in Yunnan, Yunnan and the labor market has been liberated, to achieve free flow of labor, employment and therefore the need is growing rapidly. But did not appear in Yunnan high unemployment, the reason is that full ownership of a variety of common development and progress of the opportunity to encourage the transfer of labor to the private and individual.In the fourth chapter, describes the empirical part of the ownership structure of the Employment Structures. Through the data were analyzed with analysis based on the previous data on the use of economic statistics on the phenomenon of the province’s economic reform ownership occurred during analysis. By constructing and using Cobb Douglas model, explores the speed changes in ownership structure, linkage mechanism associated with the effects and employment orientation changes in ownership structure. The results show that the speed of change in the ownership structure, the direction of change in the ownership structure and employment are positively related to the development of Yunnan employment are promoting.Finally, we give the job to advise the ownership structure was further optimized adjustment of Yunnan Based on the above analysis. First, we must grasp the relationship between the various forms of ownership in Yunnan, reasonable play the guiding role of state-owned enterprises, and actively help the private and individual growth, encourage limited liability companies and joint development, the liberation of rural surplus labor force; secondly, talent, talent build development platform and strong inflow of talent at home and abroad; again, the flexible use of various types of intermediary activities, organizational development legitimate intermediary organizations to improve the economic vitality of our province to ease the employment pressure; and finally, take advantage of Yunnan "bridgehead" and "along the way" development opportunities, optimize employment structure of ownership in Yunnan.Through these studies, we hope to break the constraints of economic development of Yunnan, Yunnan build public ownership is dominant and diverse forms of ownership and common development of the situation, to achieve a virtuous activities ownership structure of employment and economic development.
