Yunnan Province Industry Structure And Employment Structure Collaborative Empirical Research

Industrial structure and employment structure are two important aspects ofmacroeconomic development, industrial structure determines the direction ofdevelopment of the industrial structure, and meanwhile, whether the employmentstructure collaborated with industrial structure will make a direct impact on theoverall economic development trend. So researching the synergy between industrialstructure and employment structure has an important practical significance. YunnanProvince is located in southwest China, the level of economic development isrelatively backward comparing with the southeast coast and some mainland cities,plus because of its own multi-ethnic neighborhoods situation, so the adjustment ofindustrial structure in Yunnan Province and the formation of a coordinatedemployment structure have a great significance of the economic development andsocial stability.The paper is divided into six parts: The first part is an introduction, introduces theresearch background and significance of research ideas and methods, as well as thethesis framework; the second part describes the theoretical analysis; the third partshows an analysis of the evolution of the industrial structure and employmentstructural in Yunnan Province; the fourth part analyzes the synergies of industrial andemployment structures in Yunnan Province; the fifth part analyzes the employmentsituation of Yunnan Province in all industry jobs from the input-output view; the lastpart comes up with the feasible and targeted countermeasures based on the earlierstudies in this paper.This paper, is a statistic analysis, develop a model based on the previous work,attempts by studying the synergy of the industrial structure and employment structurein Yunnan Province, and then put forward some policy recommendations, and hope todevelop and implement reasonable industry and employment policies, then hope topromote the sustained and stable growth of Yunnan province’s economy.
