The Analysis On The Influence Of Industrial Structure And Ownership Structure On Employment Variation About Shanxi Province

Our country,for a longtime since the implementation of reform and opening up,has made remarkable achievements.36 years since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee, China’s GDP average growth rate has reached 9.8%while the registered urban unemployment rate has rose from 2.5% in 1990 to 4.1% in2014.There are a lot of problems faced in the development because of the unbalanced and high load growth,such as irrational economic structure,imbalance of employment structure,low utilization rate of resources,the problem of urbanization,low economic efficiency and all kinds of social problems,which forces us to do something to find a solution.The employment problem is an important aspect of many social problems which people are concerned about.Employment is not only people’s livelihood but also the way to realize individual values and improve their living conditions. Getting a job is the most basic means to participate in economic operation and get the material goods.As an major province in the middle of China,Shanxi is at the significant stage of development in which the mode of development and the economic strategy are changing,in addition to the more high-quality workers who can be able to adapt to the economic development the better and the internal structure of the employment market’s adaptive adjustment is indispensable.Firstly,this study makes a brief literature review of related literature in accordance with the chronological order,there are some basic theory of this article such as Say’s law,the employment theory of Keynes,Friedman monetarism,Petty-Clark theorem and Kuznets rule.Secondly,by collecting relevant data of Shanxi province this article analyzes the way and the characteristics about how the changing of industrial structure and ownership structure influence on the employment,which include total employment and it’s structure,then this article analyzes the relevance and structure deviation between industrial structure and employment structure;then the author use multiple regression model analyze the effectof the state-owned economy and private economy to employment respectively.Finally,the writer put forward relevant proposals including the optimization of the industrial structure,ownership reform and suggestions on employment market according to the conclusion combined with the economic development of Shanxi province.
