Research On The Relationship Between Industrial Structure And Employment Structure Of Yunnan

" The Belt and Road ", "the Internet+", "new urbanization" has been put forward. Not only bringing brand-new opportunities for economic growth and employment, but also a new challenge to the industry structure adjustment and employment structure in Yunnan province. Researching the relativity and balance between industry structure and employment structure plays a very important role on the adjustment of them.Based on Yunnan province economic data from 1978 to 2014, the industrial structure adjustment in Yunnan province will be divided into four stages and each stage’s changing characteristic will be analyzed. This paper also studying the industry structure unbalance factors, combined with the qualitative and quantitative analysis, some recommendations are made properly.Four parts make up this paper. First part includes an introduction to the-state-of-art in the research; Second part is about the law of Yunnan industrial structure and employment structure. The statistical method is used to describe the major phases, then the changing characteristics of industrial structure and employment structure are summarized. In addition, the stability of the industrial structure is measured, draw the conclusion that industrial structure in Yunnan province tends to stabilization. In this part also focused on the employment law of tertiary industry, real estate industry owns the biggest capacity to absorb employment; Third part is about the researching on the interaction between industrial structure and employment structure of Yunnan province, including associated and balance analysis. This section mainly using correlation, correlation coefficient, elasticity of employment, and the structure of employment deviation to displays the GDP and employment index of Yunnan province in 1978-2014, then found the strong correlation and poor balance between industrial structure and employment structure in Yunnan province; Last Part is about the analysis of imbalance factors. This section mainly using the qualitative and quantitative analysis to research the factors that caused the unbalance of industrial employment structure in Yunnan province. From the qualitative analysis perspective, this paper takes the workers’level of education and skills, the obstacles to development of social security systems and services into consideration; In the quantitative analysis of angle, using grey correlation analysis to empirically study some factors influencing the structural deviation degree, find that industrialization level has greatest effect on structural deviation. Finally, based on the current economic policy and industrial characteristics in Yunnan province, solutions for achieving synchronous development of Yunnan industrial structure and employment structure has been provided.
