Research On Corporate Moral Responsibility

In the context of the process of globalization continues to accelerate, building a harmonious society in China has become the theme of the times, and the corporate practice of moral responsibility is one of the contributing factors to build a harmonious society, lack of moral corporate responsibility, not only will the enterprise stakeholders subject to varying degrees of damage, but will exacerbate conflicts of interest of different interest groups to some extent, increased social conflicts, which will undoubtedly hinder the process of building a harmonious society, so to explore issues of contemporary business practice moral responsibility becomes more important. With the establishment of the rapid development of China’s economy and among the socialist market economic system, production and business activities of enterprises have made great progress, but in the one-sided pursuit of corporate profit maximization under conditions, resulting in a large number of social issues, corporate moral responsibility problem also increasingly attracted the attention of the community. Currently, the company is serious lack of moral responsibility for our country. In recent years, production safety incident, labor disputes event, food safety and environmental pollution incidents continue to occur, serious damage to the interests of consumers, employees and other business stakeholders. The root cause lies in lack of corporate moral responsibility standardize laws imperfect moral responsibility, the role of government regulation is not in place and companies do not have the moral responsibility to fulfill the obligations of the formation of consciousness.Article is divided into five parts:The first part of this article in accordance with the concept of the current academic mainstream view of moral responsibility for corporate research background, significance and corporate social responsibility and business ethics responsibilities are briefly discussed. The second part, based on the introduction of the concepts of corporate moral responsibility and related theories of reality and necessity of corporate moral responsibility to practice under our current Harmonious Society are described. The third part, on the current status of China’s lack of corporate moral responsibility to analyze and determine the cause. The fourth part, the initial stage of the present situation of China’s socialist market economic system, put forward countermeasures.
