Since the twenty-first Century, China’s Internet has entered a stage of rapid development, which has accompanied with the emergence of new operation models such as Social Network Site, Video Site, E-commerce and Mobile Internet, besides the traditional Portal Website. The continuous innovation of Internet operation models brings a series of revolution and challenge to the Internet enterprises and individuals, which requires them to put much strength on the business development and innovation. While the staff also has to keep up with the development trend and remain competitive through constantly improving their abilities and skills to ensure not to be eliminated, and bring about the sustainable development of the core competitiveness of the enterprises.The Internet is an emerging knowledge and technology intensive industry. The operational, technological, and management talent of high quality is the key to the sustainable development in the Internet industry. Nevertheless, due to little investment and academic research on internet-related majors in traditional colleges and technical schools,graduates have no opportunity to learn advanced knowledge and techniques which result in difficulties on their employment after graduation. The enterprises also have to pay much effort on their job trainings so that employees could meet the requirement of works.Therefore, training as an important measure of the Internet enterprise human resource development, training become very important no matter it is to ensure the sustainable development power of the enterprise, but to meet the requirement of the professional level of the new staffs. But with the fast replacement rate of the Internet product, as well as the growing innovative business, the difficulty of training of the employees of the Internet companies are increased. Nevertheless, the current domestic Internet industry is growing very fast, how to improve the quality of employees of the Internet Co. Especially the quality of the operating personnel has an important significance to the development of the Internet industry.This paper takes the operating post of the J company as the example, carries on an empirical analysis of the current situation of staff training, through questionnaire evaluation, using SPSS statistical analysis software, and designing preliminarily the training system appropriate for the training of the Internet operating staffs, by means of methods of literature, interview, and conversazione.
