Development of information technology has changed human life dramatically, prompting society trading activities of this new form of e-commerce. The widespread application of information technology, the formation of the various traditional enterprise transformation to e-commerce trend. Our introduction of the Internet over the years, many e-commerce enterprises in the transition mode, while the largest market presence, the most frequent trading activity, the transition demands the strongest tradition of small businesses often fail when the transformation result.The choice of the title, is intended for typical cases through research, analysis of obstacles in small, traditional enterprises in the transition to e-commerce may be met, and the use of scientific methods to solve propose appropriate measures to address these barriers. At the same time small businesses through the transition process to adjust its management business model to adapt to e-commerce. During the study, through case studies, qualitative analysis, various methods of interdisciplinary research on the sample companies were analyzed and studied. And for the reality of the sample enterprises management solutions tailored set of e-business models.The study summarized the key barriers to market factors on tens of thousands of small businesses have a direct reference for value. Also, this study contrast with the successful case management model transformation plan come to make the same type of enterprise reference applications.
