With the fast-paced economic development,fast moving consumer goods(FMCG)industry are undergoing downturn.Upstream and downstream brands,manufacturers,distributors and retail terminals all confront varied problems—the decrease of market penetration rate,the downturn of sales,the rise of cost,the worsening of state of operation,and the ensuing instability for distributors and high demission rate of employees.Confronted with the above-mentioned difficulties,FMCG industry requires urgent in-depth transformation of improving the efficiency of channels and lowering costs.Since the thriving of internet communication,mobile internet and cloud computing,Internet Plus has become a national strategy.Some far-sighted distributors and entrepreneurs realize its significance so that they seek for transformation based on the integration of business and internet technology.Under such circumstance,FMCG B2 B electronic businesses emerge and boom.The primary challenge for FMCG B2 B electronic business is the lack of intellects,in particular the salesmen who directly face customers and make profits.The integration of business and internet,salesmen with background in FMCG and professional savvy and skills in internet are badly needed.It is intellects who determine whether a business can survive in the fierce competition and create values.Therefore,how to reduce the demission rate and how to keep the retention of staff to the largest extent have been given top priority in the whole industry.This paper takes H company as an example.It first conducts literature review to summarize possible reasons for the problem.From the questionnaires and interviews,this paper then examines the working condition of its salesmen and the regulations H company takes.It analyzes the main reason for the high turnover of staff and proposes remedies and guarantees accordingly,which aim at improving salesmen's sense of satisfaction for the retention of staff,and to improve H's core competence in turn.
