With the continuous development of e-commerce in China, Volkswagen lifestyles and consumption patterns has undergone tremendous changes, especially in the Internet era of mobile Internet, online shopping has become a new model is being accepted by the majority of consumer groups and recognition, along with the popularity of the network consumption, a new business model that is O2 O obtained continued to grow based on consumption modes localized online and offline.O2O(Online To Offline) e-commerce, different from the traditional B2 C, B2 B, C2 C e-commerce model, namely the consumer line to the real store to go online to pay(or reservation) of goods, services,and then line down consumer experience, complete service.Participants O2 O business models including consumers, merchants, service providers and third-party operating platform, its business model will bring information and value to all participants, to create profits, achieve sustained value creation.Electronic commerce road of China’s fast moving consumer goods industry, though slow and difficult, but it has become an inevitable trend, O2 O business model as a new, viable model in the fast moving consumer goods industry is showing its advantages.Only companies to seize this opportunity to use the Internet + thinking, to achieve the transformation and upgrading and marketing changes organizational structure, continuous innovation, to seize the market, to expand the profit model, in order to achieve sustained healthy and stable development in the competitive environment.In this paper, the research object is our fast moving consumer goods industry in the beer industry,analysis of the construction and development of QD Brewery in the current competitive environment O2 O model. O2 O model applications in fast moving consumer goods industry has become an inevitable trend,QD Brewery to carry O2 O model to meet the requirements of the development of the Internet age. Through the course of development of e-commerce Qingdao beer analysis, O2 O model of each detail resolution and O2 O mode is implemented as in the real scene,against possible risks of proposed countermeasures, also for the QD Brewery O2 O mode operation later given a certain amount of marketing optimization tips. By QD beer O2 O model study found: O2 O business model is equally applicable to traditional fast moving consumer goods industry, the beer industry, the establishment of O2 O business models for traditional beer manufacturing enterprises, is an organizational transformation and upgrading and structural optimization, development O2 O business model to focus on the information technology service solutions.
