Since "Labor contract law" promulgated in 2008, the labor dispatch appears in a new way of labor in the labor market in China. Staff with its special status in the work unit didn’t enjoy the fair treatment and maintain a "get different pay and disease cure, with different raise" state of low level, at the same time, dispatched employees in unit did not enjoy the fair and democratic policy-making, training and development opportunities, etc. Labor dispatch staff and the official staff work in the same, but because of the way of employment difference inequality by units, the state will inevitably results in the decrease of dispatched employee stability, lack of organization belonging.In the review and summary of this research, on the basis of predecessors’ research on labor dispatch, the author select this special group of labor dispatch staff as the research object, select two enterprise of Beijing city as an example, trying to analysis by means of empirical analysis to explore the influence factors of labor dispatching employee organization belonging, and to explore job characteristics and organizational justice on organizational belonging the influence degree of each dimension. The author mainly have the following four conclusion: 1, the working characteristics, the correlation between work autonomy and emotional sense of belonging, the biggest task significance biggest correlation with continuous sense of belonging and task significance correlation with continuous sense of belonging is the largest. 2, organizational justice, interaction justice and continued the correlation of the sense of belonging, the largest interactive fair biggest correlation with continuous sense of belonging and the correlation between distribution justice and emotional sense of belonging is the largest. 3, on the working characteristics of organization belonging influence variables, in turn, is: task significance, task completeness, job autonomy. 4, variable had a greater influence on the sense of belonging to the organisation is in turn: procedural justice and distributive justice and interactive justice. According to the empirical study conclusion, respectively from the dispatching institution and unit of choose and employ persons trying to organization belonging to ascend to send staff, to promote the work of labor dispatching employee relationship management, the establishment of harmonious labor relationship provides constructive countermeasures and Suggestions.
