With the increasingly intense competition in the industry, service enterprises are confronted with the challenges of continued access to competitiveness and enhanced enterprise performance. As a key enterprise resource, employees' attitudes and behaviors are closely related to the improved quality of service and excellent business performance. So, in the actual service industry, it is quite urgent for the management of the service how to manage employees as a source of competitive advantage and understand the specific variables to create a positive work attitude.On the basis of previous study, the article introduces the concept of leader-member exchange to study the influence on organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior by organizational justice, demonstrating the importance of interaction between leadership and subordinates. With the analysis of research object of service business in Zhejiang, studied the effect of leader-member exchange directly and indirectly. From the results of the analysis, this paper's hypothesis are basically proved and found that the mediating effect of leader-member exchange also exists between organizational justice and organization commitment. Finally, based on the findings in this article, this paper put forward suggestions for human resources management in the service enterprises.The main works and the innovation of this paper are as follows:Firstly, based on the relationship model between organizational justice and employee outcome variable, introduce the concept of leader-member exchange, and conduct a complete analysis between leader-member exchange, organizational justice and work-related attitudes and behavior.Secondly, the mediating effect of organizational justice also exists between leader-member exchange and employee outcome variable is proved.Thirdly, construct the model on how to improve the work-related attitudes and behavior according to the actual conditions of hospitality industry and proved it using experimental research method.
