As a new way of employment, labor dispatch,which has been developed rapidly inthe labor market of our country,has enjoyed "abnormal prosperity" in recent years. Thespecial status caused a huge gap between labor dispatch employees and official employees.The security of lower survival needs such as “equal payment and same medicare”are notable to achieve, let alone the realization of high-level development needs such asdemocratic rights or career development. Those inequalities directly cause the sense ofunfair to labor dispatch employees and also reduce their commitment to the organization.On the basis of reviewing and summarizing predecessors’ study,this paper takes labordispatch employees as the research object, and tries to explore the relationship betweenorganizational justice and organizational commitment through the empirical analysis.Through investigation, this paper mainly get the following conclusion:I.The order oforganizational justice from big to small is: procedural justice, interpersonal justice anddistributive justice.II.The order of organizational commitment from big to small is:normative commitment, affective commitment and continuance commitment.III.Organizational justice and organizational commitment have significant differences indemographic variables.IV.Significant positive correlation is existed not only betweenorganizational justice and organizational commitment,but also between their eachdimensions.V. Each dimensions of organizational justice can be used to predict and explainorganizational commitment. Interpersonal justice has a strong ability to predict and explainorganizational commitment, normative commitment and continuance commitment.Distributive justice has a strong ability to predict and explain affective commitment.According to the empirical research conclusion, this paper tries to provide constructivecountermeasures and suggestions for improving the labor dispatch employeesorganizational justice and organizational commitment to establish harmonious laborrelations from the aspect of employers,labor dispatching organization and the labor union.
