The rapidly development of scientific technology leads the world into a digitalized informationized and networked age, which comes with the explosive development of the broadcast and television industry. As the acceleration of digitalization and the improvement of the combination of the three networks, under such great circumstances, our cable TV network as the key national infrastructure already have the world largest user scale, at the same time the definition of our television are now changing to HD from SD, consequently the demand for the high-definition surveillance devices are now rising in a fast way. As for this unprecedented historical opportunity, the competition among those many foreign radio and television monitor manufacturers over Chinese market are now becoming more and more fiercely. Problems exposed from the fierce competition for many manufacturers, such as their business strategy could not fit their new business environment and the reluctant growth motivation for the market share. Thus, foreign companies should begin to conduct to adjust their strategies after reviewing their inner and outer environments and achieve the dynamic balance between their inner and outer environment eventually.After defining the essential meaning of the company strategy and clarify the development stage of the strategy management theory, we will use analysis tools like PEST, the five-force model and the SWOT analysis to conduct detailed analysis on T company’s outer environment, competition circumstance and its inner environment. As a conclusion that the adjustment to the former China market which is the implement of the localization strategy--the establishment of our Chinese subsidiary company will be announced. Otherwise, the competition strategy for this future subsidiary and the detail exposition of the strategy roles will also be mentioned in this article as well as the announcement of proposes for the implement and controlling methods for this business strategy. We will provide a practical business strategy for T Company which will make the implementation of the strategy smoothly and help T Company to build up an advanced competition advantage in China market. At last, T Company’s strategy goal to establish a global high quality broadcast and television industry will be achieved. This paper persists that the establishment and implementation of the business strategy should be gradually formed in the interactivities with its outer environment, not just make a so called long and clear strategy which is made according to its own view. Thus, the strategy that we made for T Company could only be used under current specific conditions, in the future, T Company should rise its outer environment sensibility in order to adjust its strategy accordingly.
