| Credit is one of the cornerstones of the development of market economy.The maturity of social credit system construction has become a significant sign of the maturity of market economy.Personal credit is the foundation of the whole social credit.Only when the personal credit system is established,the whole social credit system and credit atmosphere will be reflected.In recent years,China’s Internet technology industry and financial industry have developed rapidly,and the Internet financial industry,which is in the combined field,has developed rapidly.Many new financial service models have emerged.While injecting new vitality into economic growth,many social problems have also erupted,including the abuse of personal information,fraud,debt default and other dishonesty.To improve and solve these problems,so that the new finance can really play a positive role in promoting economic development and improving people’s living standards,we need to establish a sound personal credit market,such as improving the legal construction and supervision of the personal credit industry,guiding the healthy and orderly development of the industry and enterprises,and cultivating a good sense of social credit.This paper takes the strategic direction adjustment of PY company’s personal credit investigation business as the main research object,and also analyzes and discusses the development trend of domestic personal credit investigation and the implementation and guarantee measures required for the strategic direction adjustment of PY company’s personal credit investigation business.First of all,it studies the personal credit business at home and abroad,and analyzes the construction and development direction of the personal credit industry in China in the future in combination with the development history and national policies of the current personal credit industry in China.Then,taking PY company as a case,we analyze its internal environment through internal resource analysis,enterprise capability analysis and IFE analysis,and point out the limitations of the current business strategy.Then,through PEST analysis,Porter five force model analysis and EFE analysis,the external environment faced by PY company’s personal credit business is analyzed.Finally,on the basis of the above analysis,combined with the classical theory of enterprise strategic management,SWOT analysis and QSPM analysis tools,we gradually deduce and confirm the strategic adjustment direction of PY company’s personal credit business in the future,and discuss the specific adjustment measures and guarantee system that PY company needs to make to achieve the above business strategic adjustment.Under the premise of closely following the current market conditions and industrial policies,this research aims to find and analyze the plight and business strategic crisis of the continuous shrinking of PY’s personal credit business,and explore the strategic decision-making process of PY’s personal credit business from the strategic direction of Tob differentiated business to the strategic development direction of TOC centralized differentiated business,with the support of the technical background of Internet and big data,As well as corresponding and specific implementation plans and guarantee measures required for business strategy adjustment.The research in this paper has important practical guidance and reference for py company to maintain its competitiveness in the big data personal credit industry and seek a broader development space in the future.At the same time,it also provides strategic reference and feasibility study suggestions for other private capital and enterprises to carry out domestic personal credit business or plan to enter the industry to carry out relevant business. |
