Foreign trade is one of China’s important economic pillar, the international financial sector also pay close attention to China’s overall economic trend.In recent years, China’s economic development has been affected by external demand, international instability, the domestic real estate market cooling and domestic demand continued to slump and other factors.China’s trade surplus decreased, undoubtedly it will increase the downward pressure on the domestic economy.Many foreign companies have been closed down due to the financial aspects of the financial pressure, so the Chinese foreign trade enterprises to strategic transformation is the inevitable trend of historical development,only the companies capitalize on the trend, grasp the opportunities firmly, combined with their own reality, to explore the transformation of development suited to their individual characteristics, can they be successful transition.Based on Tianjin TF import and export trading company as the research object,analyze the company’s current situation and problems and put forward strategic development countermeasures by studying management science methods.First, the paper describes the basic theory and research status of enterprise development strategy; Then analyze the present situation, problems development trend and development strategy of China’s foreign trade industry.Based on the current development environment and resources research and analysis of Tianjin TF trading company,provides a theoretical basis and objectives to determine its strategic positioning study;Finally by SWTO analysis methods,clear tianjin TF trading company’s competitive position, and put forward the development strategy and target and way of implementation.
