In modern times, the knowledge economy have developed rapidly and the rapid development of IT industry leads to fierce competition in human resources market. People change their jobs frequently. The knowledge employees as the corn competitiveness of carrier and resource of the enterprise, their turnover will bring huge losses to technology-intensive IT companies. As a member of the IT consultancy industry, A has also aware of this problem profoundly and hopes to find out effective methods to keep turnover rates low. Firstly this paper studies the turnover factors related theory, then base on A actual situation and the data, study the impact result to turnover from three factors: individual factors, organizational factors, and environmental factors. Finally found that was consistent with the theory except turnover period which caused by the nature of the industry. Research shows that: the organizational factors is the first major influence factors of employee turnover, and about eighty percent employee are not satisfied with the occupation development or compensation and benefits; family factors which belong to personal factors is in more and more concern for the employees influence; and the influence of environmental factors is indirectly but closely. Finally, according to the company’s data analysis, we find out 5 operable countermeasures from the establishment of reasonable selection mechanism, adjust the salary and welfare policy, deepen the enterprise culture construction, improve employee turnover process and optimization of data management system.
