In the fierce market competition, how to manage and control employeeturnover, to stabilize the staff, to improve working performance of the staff, hasbecome one of HRM problems. As a very important subject of HRM field,employee turnover study concentrate on influence factors of employee turnoverand interaction mechanism of every factor. Such a result can help enterprises totake corresponding measures to manage employee turnover problem.This paper manage to make a comparative analysis of turnover models bothat home and abroad at first, and come to think Price Model have a general andgood predicting ability based on the result of domestic positive research.Meantime the paper generally analyze the influence factors of turnover accordingto the model of employee turnover, including the ways to classified the variables,function stratums and probable interaction of all variables. Finally, it makes use ofqualitative results of domestic study of influence factors, and revises the PriceModel according to the third chapter. It has mainly increased four variablescorrelated with China's culture background. On this basis, it makes a newpsychological model of employee turnover, which show the function mechanism offactors in the course of turnover.The final purpose of the study is to find some measures to resolve the problem,namely how to retain employee. The employee's turnover intention is affected by alot of factors, so how to retain employee is a systematic project. This paper givesthe general frame of the tactics to retain employee, then proposes some suggestionsof retaining employee according to the influence factors and their interaction.Certainly, each enterprise should take suitable measures of retaining employeeaccording to one's own characteristic, concrete reasons that lead to employeeturnover.
