The market competition is fierce day by day in the modern society, and key employees which grasp the core competitiveness are critical to the management and the development of enterprises. The turnover of key employees can cause the internal loss of human resource costs, affect the normal operation of enterprises, drop the enterprise competitive power, destroy the cohesive force of employees, undermine the strategic development of enterprises, etc. On the external side of enterprises, the turnover of employees will enhance the competitor's ability, harm enterprises'image and the reputation, etc. Therefore, analyzing the influence, the influencing factors and the corresponding countermeasure of the turnover of key employees has a certain theoretical and practical significance.Based on predecessor's research results, from key employees'related introduction, taking Shida Shenghua Company and Fuwei Stock Company as an example, this thesis analyses the influence on enterprises and then puts forward influencing factors of key employee turnover. Among these, social factors include state-level policies, characteristics of industry and the nature of enterprise, labour markets, interfirm competition for talents, etc. Enterprise factors include internal management system of the enterprises, career planning, working environment, job content, the future development of the enterprise, enterprise transform, etc. Personal factors include pressure, family, demographic factors, character, etc. It proposes countermeasures against the key employee turnover mainly from the enterprise angle, basically including to improve internal management system of key employees, to create favourable working conditions, to establish key employee management information system, etc. To improve internal management system of key employees should start from the recruitment system, the salary system, the performance management system, the career development plan, the succession mechanism for work and so on. Meanwhile, in order to use and develop the turnover key employees'value, the thesis also dicusses the turnover of key employees in subsequent management.
