M management consulting Co.,Ltd.is an enterprise invested and established by Germany in China.It focuses on providing professional,personalized and efficient management consulting services for German enterprises in China.With the rapid development of economy,society and the diversified requirements of enterprises on management consulting services,some foreign management consulting companies are losing employees more and more seriously like many domestic companies.How to alleviate the problems of the employee turnover,improve Enterprise competitions and increase the happiness of employees in M Company has been the subject of hard work of M company's human resources department.With the current situation of high turnover rate in M company,this paper uses theoretical analysis,questionnaire survey,case analysis,exit-interviews and data analysis to analyze the causes of employee loss from below three aspects,including external,internal and personal aspects,and analyze the statistical results through collecting the relevant data.The external causes of the enterprise are dynamic and uncontrollable,and the operational countermeasures are put forward mainly from the internal and individual aspects.The internal solutions of the company are divided into three aspects: first,be specific about the company's development strategy;second,improve the employee inflow;third,develop the differentiation incentive mechanism.The three solutions for individuals are: establishing proper restraint mechanism,making employees the owners of the company and helping new graduates with career positioning.The research conclusion of this paper is that causing the staff turnover is not in a short time,and it needs the joint efforts from both companies and individuals.Company should take effective measures to improve employee satisfaction and reduce staff turnover.Company and employees is not only simple labor relationships,but also the mutually beneficial win-win partnership.
