The development of China's economy is relatively late compared with other western world.At this stage,domestic middle and small-sized enterprises are the backbone of the Chinese market.With the continuous development of the economy,many new industries have emerged in the market.Financial consulting enterprises as a new industry are booming.This paper selects DX Financial consulting company as the basic point of the study,analyzes the current situation of financial consulting enterprises' loss of knowledge-based employee,and finds out the problem of the loss of knowledge-based employee.Through the analysis the problems to find out the causes of the problems,finally through analyzes the causes of the middle and small-sized financial consulting companies,to solve the loss of knowledge-based employee problem.Firstly,this paper comprehensively reviews the current situation research of the loss of knowledge-based employees at domestic and abroad,defines the core concepts such as the loss of knowledge-based employees and knowledge-based employees and payment,and briefly describes the core theories of Katz life theory,Cook curve theory and goal consensus theory.Secondly,introduced the organizational structure and human resource status of DX,and also introduced the status and characteristics of knowledge employee are summarized.Moreover,analyzed the influence of the knowledge employee loss of DX company.Thirdly,the factors of knowledge employee loss in DX company are analyzed by means of questionnaire survey and interview method.From the social factors,enterprise factors and personal factors to summarized the factors which influence the loss of knowledge employee in DX company.Finally,according to the reasons of the investigation,this paper puts forward the idea of solving the loss of knowledge employee.In this article,through surveys such as send out a succinct questionnaire to the investigators as the method of questionnaire.Request to fill in opinions and suggestions on relevant questions to obtain useful information of DX company knowledge employee.This paper introduces the current situation and causes of the loss of DX knowledge employee by inductive method,and finally puts forward the idea of solving the problem of the loss of DX knowledge employee.The research in this paper has some characteristics and innovations in the following aspects:1.Summarize the characteristics and needs of knowledge employee.Knowledge,employee as a special group of the company,have special needs.They are different from ordinary employees in terms of compensation,respect and participation,self-discovery and self-realization.To retain the knowledge employees,we should make the measures in line with the characteristics of knowledge employees.2.Summarize the current situation of knowledge employee loss in DX Company,analyze the reasons of the knowledge employee loss in DX Company by questionnaire,and then draw up the countermeasure of the knowledge employee loss.3.Put forward the countermeasures to prevent the loss of knowledge employee in DX Company.One is to set up a platform for the growth of talents,to break down the idea of official standard,and to build a harmonious corporate culture,and the other is to reflect in the fairness of the internal compensation.To improve the external competitiveness of compensation,to implement the optional flexible welfare system and equity incentives and other aspects to improve the existing salary distribution system;thirdly,to help knowledge employees to formulate career planning,To create diversified promotion channels for employees and provide them with broad career development space to achieve the common growth of employees and enterprises.It is hoped that through the research of this paper,on the basis of analyzing the reasons for the loss of knowledge employee in DX Company,we can provide specific measures to reduce the loss of knowledge employee and retain them.At the same time to other financial consulting companies knowledge-based employee management has reference and help.
