The key object of enterprises' human resource management is the knowledge staff at the knowledge economy times.The general operators and the people of enterprises'human resource management pay much attention to enhancing their loyalty. In recent years, domestic and international studies have confirmed that the person-organization fit makes a positive impact on organizational commitment, employee satisfaction and so on. By using literature review,questionnaire,interview,this paper is an empirical research on the relationship between the person-organization value fit and the knowledge staff loyalty.It will supply effective organization value programs to enhance the loyalty of the knowledge staff.The study will have some practical and academic value.The study use SPSS17.0 software for factor analysis, Independent Samples T Test, One-way ANOVA,correlation analysis, Regression Analysis and so on. The study proved hypotheses.It is concluded that the person-organization value fit of the knowledge staff in China is good,but their loyalty isn't high.The person-organization value fit is obviously related with the knowledge staffs loyalty.It is significant predictive to enterprise loyalty for staff and team oriention,performance oriention. It is significant predictive to work loyalty for work respect oriention,social responsibility oriention. It is significant predictive to team loyalty for staff and team oriention, reform innovation oriention. It is significant predictive to interest loyalty for staff and team oriention,reform innovation oriention.
