Research on human resource management for enterprise performance has recently become an important human resource management aspect, people have gradually recognized that the study is important for the future development of enterprises. Due to the development of global economic integration, the various enterprises and between the global competition, the enterprise must change on the natural non renewable resources in a manner to enhance their competitive advantage, and human resources is the best choice to replace the traditional material resources, but also the traditional resources can easily be competitors to copy to enhance the competitiveness, not to play a fundamental role, and the advantages of human resources can overcome these shortcomings, the relationship between knowledge and technical things staff body contains and staff has strong path dependence, these are the direct source of wisdom and the competitiveness of enterprises, which is very important for the role, to improve the performance of enterprises in addition, human resources decision-making and management need to be self value in the process of continuous bring value-added profit, get enterprise recognition of their own abilities, rather than tools, working for the company’s only so, it is necessary to demonstrate the role of human resource management of the enterprise performance the. Enterprise resource view, provides theoretical support for the influence of human resource management on firm performance.How much influence the strategic human resource management practices on the performance of enterprises, how to process and mechanism of impact, so far in the academic has not yet conclusive. This paper studies on the relationship between China Railway twelve Bureau of human resources management and enterprise performance of state-owned enterprises, to improve the efficient and rapid development has a certain role in promoting.
