A Study On The Exploitation Of Tourism Resources In Ethnic Tourism Areas In Heilongjiang Province

Tourism resources explication is a whole process that the tourism resources whichwere not perceived or recognized by the main market, and are thought to have the usefulvalue today.“Tourism resources explication” was proposed firstly by professor FudongZhai in2004in the《Conception and Application about the Explication of HiddenTourism Resources》, then some scholars have done the further research about the theoryof tourism resources explication.On the basis of previous studies and based on the theory of tourism resourcesexplication, this paper explains the principles, powers and mechanism of tourismresources explication, combined with the actual situation of Heilongjiang Province,analyzes the current situation of the ethnic tourism resources and puts forward thecorresponding strategies of tourism resources explication. The results shows that themain factors affecting the ethnic tourism resources explication are from resources,market demands and the environment of the ethnic tourism resources in HeilongjiangProvince. Trough improving the policies towards the national minority, expanding theethnic tourism market of Heilongjiang Province, deepening tourists’ cognition degreeand providing technical support can enhance the powers of tourism resourcesexplication, and promote the process that the ethnic tourism resources dominant fromhappening in Heilongjiang Province. We should improve the mechanism of tourismresources explication to keep the process going smoothly.
