Tourism Resources Characteristics In Ethnic Community And Resident's Perception Of Tourism Income Distribution

In recent years, with the rapid development of domestic tourism, minority community has increasingly become the focus of tourists for there rich cultural tourism resources and simple pastoral scenery. Tourism developments of ethnic minorities not only promoted the local economy, but also brings a broad impact to the local ethnic culture, social structures, environment etc. and the sustainable utilization of tourism resources has faced threat for it. In the national tourism resources development and protection issues, previous studies focused primarily on external control which involved the sustainable utilization and protective method. However, practice shows that the protection from external can not fundamentally solve the problem.Therefore, this paper attempts to explore the minority village tourism resource development dilemma and its deep roots from the perspective of tourism resources particularity。Through the case study of Jiaju Tibetan villages, the paper would understand resident's perception and expectations of tourism income distribution, then puts forward national tourism resource management measures, so as to promote traditional culture protection and tourism resources sustainable utilization in ethnic areas in the western.This paper is divided into seven chapters: first, in the introduction section,we describes the background and topic significance, then defining research object, and introduces this research method. Secondly, through the domestic and foreign literature review, we would overall master minority village tourism resources characteristics, minority community participation in tourism income distribution form related researches, and then systematically summarizes research related theories and views, and put forward this central argument. Thirdly, analyzing minority tourism resources characteristics form tourism resource system integrity, the mixture of public property and private property, and the human capital property right characteristics of tourism resource owners. Fourth, on empirical analysis part, the paper would take Jiaju Tibetan village as example, analyzing ethnic community tourism resource development dilemma, and then exploring the root causes of public tragedy and traditional culture protection thwarted. Fifth, statistically analyze the difference perception of the community residents on tickets bonus, and then put forward management measures.
