The pursuit of the performance of ascension is the eternal topic of enterprises. Only to improve the performance, can the sustainable development of the enterprises be achieved. However, the overall performance of enterprise is closely related to personal performance, and is achieved by personal performance. How to better promote the performance of employee, so as to promote staff motivation has become the focus of discussion in the academic world and enterprises management world. Psychologists have been exploring the root of human needs and satisfaction. The suppose of Rational-Economic Man and Social Man, Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs Theory and Herzberg’s Two-Factor Theory are all the evidence.Georgre Elton Mayo discovered the effect of work attitude to performance by an experiment and some noun about the working attitude of employees, such as "interpersonal relationship","morale" has been put forward. With the discovery of these mental states of employees, the work attitude and work performance will be more and more valued. The relationship between employee satisfaction, organizational commitment and job performance have become the research focus in academic world, as they are significant reflect of employee’s attitude. There are many researches about the relationships between employee satisfaction and organizational commitment, organizational commitment and job performance and employee satisfaction and job performance home and aboard, while researches between the three was very little.On the basis of summarize related works, we select all kinds of employees as the research object in nationwide, and build a research model which contains employee satisfaction, organizational commitment and job performance as the independent variable, mediating variable and dependent variable respectively. Then, based on the data analysis of396questionnaires (Descriptive, T-Test, One-Way ANOVA, Correlation Analysis and Regression Analysis), the research results are obtained and were discussed. Research conclusion summed up as follows:(1)There are significant differences between employee satisfaction, organizational commitment and job performance on Demographic variables;(2)Employee satisfaction, organizational commitment and job performance showed a positive correlation.(3)Employee satisfaction can predict organizational commitment, affective commitment, normative commitment, ideal commitment, economic commitment and chance commitment positively and significantly.(4)Employee satisfaction can predict job performance, task performance and contextual performance positively and significantly.(5)Affective commitment, normative commitment, ideal commitment can predict job performance, task performance and contextual performance positively and significantly.(6)Affective commitment and normative commitment play the intermediary role between employee satisfaction and job performance, task performance and contextual performance.
