The enterprise wants to stand in industry ever green, need to take Long-termvisionon enterprise sustainable developmentand the source of enterprise sustainabledevelopment power-the talentsdevelopment. Improve the overall performance;enterprisesmust pay attention to the individual job performance. Improve employees jobperformance of the core talentsis the key to improve the overall performance of theenterprise, this topichas been talked by enterprise managers and theorists for years. Thistopic has been widely discussed. But there is less study on the relation among the threeareas. This thesis discusses the relationship between employee satisfaction,organizational commitment and job performance, through the questionnaire and dataanalysis results, and givessome advices to improve enterpriseperformance management.This articleinvestigates the effect of organization commitment on employee jobsatisfaction and job performance. After systemic literature review on the theoriesrelatedtoorganization commitment and employee job satisfaction and job performance, weconducted a questionnaire survey on216MBA students. Through a series of regressionanalysis we concluded major findings as follows:Job satisfaction positively affected task performance; job satisfaction positivelyaffectedcontextual performance; job satisfaction positively affected organizationcommitment;job satisfaction positively affected affective commitment; job satisfactionpositively affected ideal commitment; organization commitment partially mediatedthe effect of job satisfaction on task performance and contextual performance.Especially, affective commitment and ideal commitment partially mediated theeffect of job satisfaction on task performance; andaffective commitment and idealcommitmentpartially mediated the effect of job satisfaction on contextualperformance.
