A Study On Perception And Perception Of Urban Community Tourism Impacts From The Perspective Of Tourism Stakeholders

Therefore，understanding theperceived attitude differences between stakeholder groups tourism impacts，conflicts of interest between groups are coordinated to achieve the sustainabledevelopment of community tourism important prerequisite guarantee. Thedevelopment of urban community construction and the tourism industrycombine to make community tourism development for the people more equal，extensive urban heritage and cultural characteristics of better protecting theenvironment， they become harmonious urban construction and implementationof the construction of the world-famous tourist city Shanghai dream importantstrategic choice.In this paper，the theory of community，urban tourism theory，socialexchange theory，sustainable development theory and stakeholder theory isbased on the theoretical level defined in the scope of influence of tourism， thecore tourism stakeholders and their perception of the impact of tourism imageryas well as the general pattern and question the impact of tourism and otherregulatory mechanisms Exploratory Research. In Shanghai Old City HistoricDistrict as the research object，for three core tourism stakeholder groups， by42Perceptions survey measuring items，carding tourism impact analysis of sevenfactors，and calculate the tourists through the data model tourism practitionersand community residents perceived differences impact on tourism attitudes.This paper considers the Historical City Core area， mainly touristsperceived positive impact of tourism，and community residents and tourismpractitioners perceived major negative impact on tourism. Tourists might beinclined to think that tourism development to the community brought positiveeconomic benefits，and that these tourism benefit distribution，directly orindirectly to the community residents and tourism practitioners，the same timethat their impact on the community’s cultural community is mainly active. Community residents and tourism practitioners may not achieve the desiredeconomic and social tourism，perception is more negative environmental andsocio-cultural changes. Community residents and tourism practitioners clearlyperceive the community to pay for the tourism development of a largerenvironmental and social costs， also felt the change in self-awareness ofenvironmental protection from their own lives， but also in the community taxes，management level and effect of the do not think that has reached the desiredlevel.
