Compensation system is a subsystem of human resource management system in an organization, including the compensation structure, level, structure design, the proportional relation, etc. A set of scientific and perfect the compensation system of tight fit with the organization’s strategic plan and in attracting and retaining good organization needs of employees and encourage employees to actively improve the work skills and abilities, needed to encourage employees to work efficiently plays a very important role, help to promote enterprise’s core competitiveness.Compared to state-owned enterprises and non-state-owned enterprises, in the business environment, management model and corporate philosophy have many differences. The traditional planned economy to the state-owned enterprise salary system constraints and thinking mode is still there. BG company as a large state-owned enterprise, in the12th five-year plan put forward thought liberation, the overall development of ideas, and undertaking the BG company in construction a well-off society in an all-round way, relying on the development of strategic emerging industries, the BG company to build the domestic first-class, the world top500enterprises. BG company’s existing compensation system how to fit well to the enterprise development strategy to become the current urgent research subject.On the basis of compensation related theory, this study by combing the BG company existing compensation system, from two aspects of theory and practice of BG company compensation system analysis diagnosis, find out the existing problems, defects and puts forward Suggestions for improvement and design again, for the construction of BG company strategic compensation system has carried on the preliminary exploration, make BG company compensation system to better support the human resources development strategy, and promote enterprise excellence.
