As the main part of the market economy,small and medium-sized private enterprises have made great contributions to the development of national economy and relieved a lot of unemployment pressure at the same time.However,if they are looking for a long term development,in addition to accounting for a certain amount of market share,these private enterprises still need to gain more advantages on other factors such as competing for limited information and resources,among which human resource,as a competitive one,plays a particularly vital part in both private enterprises and the entire national economy.Nowadays,in the private enterprises,various problems of human resource management have gradually come to light,and the discussion on compensation system is especially sensitive and intensive.These problems mainly focus on the design of compensation system.Some designs are not reasonable enough,while others may not help promote the employees or the guidance quality of the design is not clear enough,some aren't even systematic at all.So these problems not only affect the recruitment,retain,and utilization of the human resource,but also bring bad effects on the development of these businesses.Therefore,I'd like to take this opportunity,taking the company I'm working for and combing what I have learned from my experiences with the theoretical knowledge,to redesign a compensation system for JS company.First of all,after the basic information and materials' searching as well as the method learning of how to make a scientific compensation system,I have finally grasped the concept and contents of compensation system.What's more,I have collected and arranged some related surveys to study the results.I have carried out some research on current development and evaluation of compensation system and staff satisfaction investigation in my own company though interviews and questionnaires.In addition,with the help of academic learning in school,I have made a complete summary and statement on the problems existing in the compensation system of JB company,thus putting forward the necessity of redesigning of compensation system in JB company.Last but not least,on the basis of my own working experiences,I have made some preliminary designs on salary structure,salary levels and evaluation-check in terms of different levels and positions.Not only have these measures greatly optimized the current performance evaluation model but also strengthened the guidance quality of the system,laying a solid foundation for the company to choose employees,utilize employees and retain employees in a more effective and scientific way.This newly designed compensation system is based on what I have learned during my working experiences.Due to my deficiencies in the theoretical knowledge,it still needs to be improved and I will continuously learn more and improve myself in my future study.
