Abstract/Summary:
In the knowledge-economy times, HR competition is the real core competition, Between the enterprises. As the Price-signal of human capital, salary is important in directing the moving of HR. Fair and proper compensation would be the key to attract, to motivate and to retain excellent employees for the company.In executives' eyes, the compensation policy should comply with the company's objective, which direct and ensures the rewarding plan supporting the strategic mission. Thesis is try to help solving the problem of attracting and prompting the HR and to improve the running efficiency of the Yueyang CATV Company by the composing and designing of its salary systemThis paper includes 5 parts.The author researches the compensation management theories and relative factors those affect the compensation strategy. Through learning the background of Yueyang CATV company and analyzing the inner and outer environment of it, the meaning of designing the system on Yueyang CATV company 's compensation system, the author finds some problem,such as, don't embody inner equity of compensation, don't embody outer equity of compensation,the compensation don't affiliate with ablity of the employee, the compensation don't affiliate with outstanding achievement of the employee, neglect the prompting fuction of none- economic compensation,in a word,it don't form a scientific system. aim at the problem, the author depends on the advanced view and the core technique of total compensation and strategic compensation, extensively draws lessons from the domestic and international enterprises, and have completed the operational solution ,which including the compensation level, the compensation structure designing, variable pays forms for different communities , allowance and reward planning.This paper is valuable reference for the venture to design their own compensation system according to enterprises development strategy goal and human resource plans.
