The competition between banks has a physical network expansion competition is fierce competition for talent. If the banks ignored the core resources of the talent competition in the competition, so the core technology, product innovation, business development mode more mature, more perfect also are unlikely to achieve leapfrog development. Because foreign banks have mechanism is relatively mature in the area of human resources management, especially in the aspects of compensation incentive has a relatively scientific, fair incentive system, which will become the prominent advantages of human resources competition in Chinese market. Visible, talent plays a vital role in the competition of the Chinese banks, especially the scarcity of top manager and creative talents such as high-end talent but also the relationship between the banking competition success or failure, this will promote the domestic banks in each other between the talent contention, accelerate the domestic banking industry, especially between small and medium-sized joint-stock commercial banks to quickly change the mode of human resource management, to formulate a set of both foreign and competitive, and competitive compensation system to attract and retain the talent to.
