With the knowledge economy,"Internet plus" era,enterprises increasingly fierce competition for talent,and the talent loss is increasing,the salary has become a key factor restricting companies to retain talent.At present,China's state-owned enterprises pay incentive system design is not reasonable,and can not meet the needs of enterprise development,the post enterprise as the traditional state-owned enterprises is more so.Therefore,through the reform of the salary incentive system,to mobilize the enthusiasm of employees,improve the core competitiveness of enterprises has become the necessary choice of post enterprises.Post enterprises can use a series of compensation management theory to update and improve its compensation system,and make suitable development adjustments and changes according to the changes of external competitive environment.Based on the understanding of the postal enterprise development history and operating conditions,and starting from the salary management theory,the author designed a salary questionnaire for the T County post branch staff,and found the salary system problems were unequal pay,low level salary,poor incentive.Finally,the author designed a set of a gang has a stronger incentive for the one post and multi salary system,in order to meet the needs of talents and maintain market competitiveness in the new period,and strengthen the market position of postal enterprises..Through the optimization of incentive compensation system of the T County post branch,the author found that the key incentive compensation system optimization of post enterprises are the job analysis and job settings which can lose redundancy and improve efficiency to lay the foundation for the optimization design of incentive salary system.Secondly,the author focused on dealing with the problem of unequal pay for the same work that will motivate the labor outsourcing personnel,and help to maintain the stability of the development of enterprise.Thirdly,the author dealt with the contradiction between the growth of labor cost and the incentive to realize the benign development.Fourthly,the author combined with the special transfer system of post enterprises to develop a compensation system which reflects the consistency of the implementation of the enterprise system.And finally we achieved the purpose of realizing the work motivation of the employees at the county level post enterprises at the present stage and to help county-level post enterprises to achieve better and faster development by leaps and bounds.
