With the new economic norm,new formats,new financial competition,human resources has gradually become the major financial institutions most has the vigor and potential resources,plays an important role in the increasingly competitive market.Therefore,the status of human resource management in the commercial bank management is particularly important,and the salary management of human resources management as an indispensable important component,is a powerful means of major financial institutions to attract talented people,stimulate employee's potential.YF rural commercial bank is restructured from rural credit cooperatives,as one of the largest local commercial banks,shouldering the support of rural local economic development,to provide adequate financial support mission for the development of agriculture and related industries.From the present point of view,compared to other financial institutions,YF rural commercial bank in a relatively backward state in human resources management,especially the salary management,internal staff generally mess "and" release equalitarianism "phenomenon,seriously affecting the staff enthusiasm and initiative.In the face of increasingly severe financial competition environment,the problem of compensation management highlights,how to optimize the salary management system,so as to mobilize the enthusiasm of employees,enhance market competitiveness,is the focus of this paper.This paper uses the method of combining normative research and empirical research,using the system analysis method and literature analysis,YF Rural Commercial Bank salary management mode and system,sums up the several main problems,puts forward some relevant countermeasures to optimize the salary management mechanism of YF rural commercial bank.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background,ideas and methods of the research.The background of this paper briefly introduces the historical background of the salary management salary management system have practical significance and academic value,the salary management of YF rural commercial bank is briefly introduced and the current problems,which leads to the contents of this paper.Overview of the theory of the second chapter mainly introduces the related theory of compensation and compensation management,compensation management focuses on the main content of compensation and compensation management,compensation meaning and framework,and briefly introduces the connotation,the design of salary management system principle,structure and method.Analysis of the salary management status and problems of YF rural commercial bank third chapter,mainly introduces the YF rural commercial bank personnel,business development,salary distribution,details of the salary management measures of Yongfeng rural commercial bank's status of implementation etc.,and some problems of the current situation of the collation and analysis.The salary management strategy of YF rural commercial bank's optimization of the fourth chapter,the third chapter puts forward the problems and main countermeasures are put forward from four aspects of salary structure,salary management concept,salary distribution system,performance management system etc..The fifth chapter is the conclusion of this paper.Mainly from five aspects of the concept,meaning,principles,methods and innovation of compensation management.YF rural commercial bank is typical,the countermeasures are also operable.However,due to the theory of knowledge,enterprise culture,system construction,historical burden,recognition of employees and other factors,some countermeasures are provided in this paper has certain limitations,can not do everything,also needs to be improved in the future work and learning and improvement.
