Research On Evaluation Of Technological Innovation Capability Of Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Industry In Hebei Province

Hebei Province medicine manufacturing industry occupies an important position in thecountry and even in the world. But in recent years with the rapid development of thenational pharmaceutical industry, there is a downward trend in Hebei Provincepharmaceutical manufacturing industry in the national pharmaceutical manufacturingindustry status. The pharmaceutical industry is also on the impact of the global economicintegration. From the global market, Europe and the United States and other developedcountries, pharmaceutical enterprises rely on its strong R&D capability to produce highvalue-added patent product profit, China’s pharmaceutical preparation manufacturingindustry enterprises because of the lack of R&D capability, can only produce low-endcommon drugs, rely on small profits but quick profit. R&D investment shortage and otherreasons led to the low technical innovation ability. Hebei Province medicine manufacturingindustry also exists in the lack of technological innovation ability. Mainly in the followingaspects: the lack of independent innovation strategy; product structure in mainly low-end,low value-added products; irrational industrial structure, low level of internationalization.Improving the Hebei Province medicine manufacturing industry technological innovationability has become a pressing matter of the moment, only rely on the technologicalinnovation capability, in order to further improve the Hebei Province medicinemanufacturing industry in the country and even in the world of the pharmaceuticalmanufacturing industry status.Hebei Province medicine manufacturing industry has had certain advantages in theindustrial scale, but in contrast, Its ability of creativity is still a problem. Based on theresearch of Hebei Province pharmaceutical manufacturing technology innovation theory,constructs the Hebei Province medicine manufacturing industry technological innovationability evaluation index system. At the same time, by comparing the analytic hierarchyanalysis method, DEA method and principal components, we determine using principal component analysis method to evaluate the industry technological innovation capability ofHebei Province medicine manufacturing. After analysis and demonstration of technologyinnovation ability of Hebei province analysis, this paper finds out some factors restrictingindustry technology innovation ability of Hebei Province pharmaceutical manufacturing,and put forward feasible suggestions, which contributed to the industry technologyinnovation ability of Hebei Province medicine to improve manufacturing.
