| Chinese medicine industry has become a strategic industry of national economy and social development of our country has a strong development advantages and broad market prospects, China's industrial output value of Chinese medicine industrial output value accounted for more than 30%. The role of traditional Chinese medicine to promote industrial development in the manufacturing process have become increasingly prominent, although in recent years, Jiangsu Province, Chinese medicine manufacturing industry has made some progress and achievements, but there are still inadequate policies, insufficient investment in R&D, low innovation capacity, technological innovation, efficiency is not high question, therefore, through the study of traditional Chinese medicine manufacturing innovation to improve the industry's competitiveness, and promote the industry sustainable, stable and healthy development of a strong practical significance.Pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is a core technology-oriented industries, so this paper, theoretical research, analysis and use of DEA and Malmquist index method, according to different classifications of the City of Jiangsu Province in recent years,13 Chinese medicine manufacturing (including static panel data analysis and dynamic analysis of different years Pieces of Chinese medicine and Chinese medicine manufacturing manufacturing) technology innovation rate. Meanwhile, the combined analysis of the effectiveness of R&D investment from five aspects, market structure, quality of human capital, policy support and industry gathering, analyzes the influencing factors of Jiangsu Province Chinese Medicine Manufacturing Industry Innovation. Finally, the increase of Chinese manufacturing innovative measures and suggestions of Jiangsu Province.The results show that:the differences between Jiangsu Province medicine manufacturing technology innovation efficiency of the two sub-sectors, proprietary manufacturing technology innovation efficiency is higher than that of Chinese Herbal Pieces manufacturing, technology innovation efficiency while there are regional differences between cities; Jiangsu Province technology innovation efficiency of Chinese manufacturing improved the slow progress into a bottleneck for some time; the government and businesses to the high R&D investment is essential.Finally, according to research findings, this paper recommends that medical innovation should be strengthened in resource investment and management to further optimize the structure of Chinese manufacturing industry of Jiangsu Province, the government should continue to improve policies and strengthen effective regulation, Jiangsu Province, to promote the upgrading of Chinese Manufacturing Industry Innovation. |
