As market competition intensifies, companies have to reduce logistics costs andimprove logistics service level and work hard. In order to gain a competitive edge inthe domestic and international markets to lower delivery costs, better logisticsservices, logistics management has increasingly become an integral part of enterprisemanagement strategy. The same logistics management has become a key point of amodern steel production operations and creating effective.
